The two (2) main areas of maintenance opportunities that are available with Kephart Trucking are Preventive Maintenance Technician and Repair Service Technician. Both positions have value added credentials. These include:

• CDL License (Class A)
• Pennsylvania State Inspection certification

Preventive Maintenance Technician

Requirements: Detailed knowledge of vehicle components to visually recognize potential failure.

Repair Service Technician

Requirements:

• Full knowledge of repair and overhaul procedures
• Air Conditioner knowledge
• Knowledge of electronic control systems (i.e. ABS)
• Knowledge of electronic controls
