Driver Positions

Dedicated Tipper — Daily 565 mile roundtrips between home terminal and NJ. Scheduled day and night sift operation. Alternate 5 and 6 trip weeks. Start at $900-$1000/week

Flatbed/Van — Daily roundtrips east of west-bound from home terminal. Eastbound 575 mile (ave) operate early morning to afternoon, Westbound 425 mile (ave) operate afternoon to early morning. 5 days a week. Start at $1000-$1200/week East, $700-$850/week West.

Local — Deliver loads from terminal to landfill locations and shuttle/empty trailers at landfill location. 6 days a week. $800-$900/week.


Compensation consists of Milage + Fees + Bonuses. Fees and Bonuses represent 10-30% of total (between 3-9¢ per mile)

Mileage rate determined by review of experience and MVR. Starting rates are:

2 Years        – – – – – –   $.30 $.20
5 Years        – – – – – –   $.32 $.22
10 Years      – – – – – –    $.34 $.24

Fees are paid for non-driving activities such as tarping, drop/hook, detention, etc.

Medical Insurance — Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage for driver and family. Company pays 90% of insurance premium.

Life and Disability Insurance — $15,000 life insurance, 66.6% of earnings disability insurance.

401K — Company sponsored plan. matching $.50 on every dollar up to 5% of earnings.

Vacation — One week paid vacation in the first year. Two weeks in the third year.

Holidays — Six paid holidays each year.
